    In-Store Purchases:
    SALES RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

  • All products returned must be in saleable condition.
  • Returns on merchandise purchased by cash or check will be refunded in cash.
  • Returns on merchandise purchased by credit card will be credited to the credit card.
  • Returns on merchandise purchased by store charge account will be credited to the account.

  • GENERAL BOOKS:

    • General books may be returned/exchanged with sales receipt.
      Exceptions may be made if the Brewer Bookstore price tag is still attached.
    • Books should be new(unread, undamaged).
    • Reference, exam prep, and travel books are not returnable.

    TEXTBOOK REFUNDS:

    • Sales Receipt Required for ALL returns.
    • New textbooks must be in a brand new condition based on our assessment.
    • Do not write or mark in your books until you are certain you will keep them.
    • Return Deadline coincides with the University Add/Drop Date.

    CLOTHING:
    • Uunused merchandise(unwashed, clean, undamaged) with attached tags may be returned.
    • Without a receipt, merchandise will be exchanged only.
    • The last sale price will be price credited.

    COMPUTER SOFTWARE ACCESSORIES & ELECTRONICS:

    • Refunds/Exchanges on unopened product may be made within 14 days with valid sales receipt.
    • Refunds/Exchanges on defective product only within 14 days
      with valid receipt and all manufacturer manuals andpackaging.

    • No returns on opened APPLE products. All defective Apple products must be returned directly to Apple.
