Textbook/Course Material Return Policy

Books and other course materials must be in original condition, i.e. no writing, creasing or water damage in new books, with shrink-wrap still intact if originally present.

An original receipt is REQUIRED for all textbook and course material returns.

No returns on access codes that have been opened, art supplies that have been used, or lab goggles.

Deadline to return course materials for a refund is always the last day of the add/drop period for the current semester.


In Store Return Policy (all other items)

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. It must be in new condition with all tags, labels, and/or original packaging intact and undamaged. Clothing must be unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, odors, perfumes, pet hair, and any other signs of use.

A receipt is required to receive a refund in the original form of payment; without a receipt, store credit in the form of a gift certificate may be offered at the lowest current selling price, provided the item meets the conditions outlined above.

Defective items may be exchanged for the identical item only.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Earrings, lab goggles, newspapers, magazines, stamps, legal forms, food, beverages, health & beauty merchandise, and gift certificates.


Online Return Policy

We will gladly accept items for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Items must be in new condition with all tags, labels, and/or original packaging intact and undamaged. Clothing must be unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, odors, perfumes, pet hair, and any other signs of use.

Defective items may be exchanged for the identical item only.

A copy of the packing slip/receipt must accompany all returns, with a notation regarding if you wish to receive a refund or are exchanging. If exchanging, indicate the item(s) you wish to receive, including size and color.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, as are shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us via a carrier of your choosing. If exchanging, the second shipment from us to you will be free of charge.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you regarding the return status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. Credit may take up to one billing cycle to post, depending on your card issuer's policies.
